TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The General Terms and Conditions for the Webshop (hereinafter referred to as “GTC Webshop”) apply to all legal transactions of KHATCHADOURIAN (hereinafter referred to as “KHATCHADOURIAN”) that are concluded via the webshop.
With consent, these GTC Webshop shall be deemed accepted by the customer. The version valid at the time of the order is decisive. Any general terms and conditions of purchase or other terms and conditions of the customer are expressly excluded. Via links in the online store, the customer can call up the GTC Webshop when placing an order, save them on his computer and/or view them.
For all product orders requiring a minimum age of 16 years, the customer confirms compliance with this statutory provision by placing the order.
We may deny you access to out website at any time in our sole discretion. Example of when we may deny you access include but are not limited to where we believe that your use of our Website is in violation of any of these Terms of Service, any low or the rights of any third party or was not respectful to others.

Every pearl is individual and some pearls may appear different in shape or colour to those pictured.

We assume no responsibility for such errors and omissions, and reserve the right to: revoke any offer stated; correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; and make changes to prices, content, promotions, product descriptions or specifications, or other information on khatchadourian.ch
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The notification of the delivery date will be sent by e-mail or, if necessary, the customer will be contacted in person in another suitable manner to agree on an individual delivery date.
All information about availability and delivery time is provided without guarantee.
EUROPE ORDERS
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Europe. Europe orders are dispatched within 9 days. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered.
RETURNS/RIGHT OF REVOCTION
The customer has no general right to return the ordered products. In the case of products which have been custom made, a return/revocation is excluded. For all other products, the customer may return the product within ten (10) calendar days of receipt under the following conditions:
– The customer must register the return using a appropriate form;
– The product is in its original condition, i.e. in particular the seal, original cord, labels and protective films are in their original condition and undamaged;
– The product and all accessories are in their original packaging;
– The terms according to the Cancellation Policy published separately on the website are complied with.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase from KHATCHADOURIAN, we may, at our discretion, accept items for exchange or refund if returned in a saleable condition, with the original sales receipt, all original packaging and within 10 days of the original purchase date. If the original sales receipt is not available (for example, because you received the product as a gift), we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange, so long as the item is returned in saleable condition and with all original packaging.
Cost and liabilities relating to the return shipping of your item/s are at the risk and expense of the person sending them (you).
PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT
The exclusive payment method is by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Payment must be made in advance. The debit takes place upon placement of the order.
The delivery takes place only after receipt of payment of the total amount of the ordered products.
The customer is not entitled to offset KHATCHADOURIAN’s claims against counterclaims.
We are not responsible for any charges or other amounts which may be applied by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider as a result of out processing of your credit/debit card payment or another method of payment.
AVAILABILITY OF OUR WEBSITE
We endeavour to ensure our Website is available 24 hours a day, but occasionally your access to our Website may be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services.
WARRANTY
KHATCHADOURIAN offer a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and/or workmanship on all gold products that we sell, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
This excludes items where the pearl does not match a photo, as every pearl is individual, and some pearls may appear different in shape or colour to those pictured. KHATCHADOURIAN will only replace or repair the item where the pearl does not fit the product description of size or brand standards.

KHATCHADOURIAN’s warranty does not cover items damaged as a result of misuse, un-authorised repairs, accidents, alterations, exposure to chemicals, corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use and KHATCHADOURIAN denies any obligation to take any action in respect of such damaged items. Please refer to our product care page for instructions on proper care and handling of your items.
All KHATCHADOURIAN items must pass a number of quality control checks before leaving our workshop. If you believe that your item has a fault, is not fit for its original purpose or is otherwise not of merchantable quality, then we will gladly assess the item to determine the fault and its cause. Please note, the cost and liabilities relating to the shipping of your item/s for return are at the risk and expense of the person sending them. To have your item assessed for repair, please ask to complete our Repairs Assessment Form.
If a fault is found from the assessment that is covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace that item. Proof of purchase must be provided for any warranty or repair to be undertaken. If it is not possible to repair or replace the item, then we may offer an exchange or refund.
Other than in respect of manufacturing defects or lack of either fitness for purpose or merchantable quality, the repair of your item/s may incur a fee.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the European Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the failure does not amount to a major failure. What constitutes a major failure is set out in the European Consumer Law.
