We offer shipping with every KHATCHADOURIAN purchase to all deliverable locations in Europe DOOR TO DOOR private service. Your item is fully insured whist in transit DOOR TO DOOR. We aim to dispatch your order within 9 working days from the date of processing and you will be contacted by our customer service team if there is any delay. Please note that deliveries outside of the Europe may be subject to local customs charges and import duties which may not be refundable. SHIPPING
Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. KHATCHADOURIAN offers DOOR TO DOOR private shipping service.
RETURNS
You’ll get your refund typically within 3 days within the time your items are received and inspected; It may take 5-8 business days for your banking institutions to apply the funds. We are sorry, but return shipping fees are non-refundable.

We hope that you are delighted with your KHATCHADOURIAN jewelry. If, for any reason, you decide not to keep your online purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange on pieces returned to us within 10 days.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all KHATCHADOURIAN packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. KHATCHADOURIANI is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including our return form.
Prior to sending back any item(s) please email: info@khatchadourian.ch quoting your original order number, to let us know that you wish to return your order. We will then send you a return form by e-mail.
REPAIR OR REPLACMENT
Please contact us at info@khatchadourian.ch for a return form and any further discussions concerning the repair or replacement. If you lost an earring, our ability to make a mate is dependent on availability of materials. In order to ensure a best possible match, we request that you send in your remaining earring to be used as a guide. Please contact us for further discussions.
OUR GUARANTEE
Every piece of KHATCHADOUIAN jewelry is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. This certificate is genuine from the time it has been completed in its entirety, signed, dated and stamped by KHACTHADOUTIAN.
We provide a 24-month guarantee, which exclusively covers faults in the workmanship of your piece of jewellery. This guarantee is effective from the date of purchase. KHATCHADOURIAN’s warranty does not cover items damaged as a result of misuse, unauthorised repairs, accidents, alterations, exposure to chemicals, corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use.
